Manufacturing partnership

You bring the brand. We bring the cloth, the cord and the carton.

Two ways to work with us. OEM if your design is fixed and you need it made properly. ODM if you want our existing constructions rebadged, refined and priced for your market. Both start with a physical sample in your hand.

Standard colours and stocked constructions. Custom dyeing, custom cartons or new hardware are quoted with their own timeline.

Two modes

Pick the one that matches how finished your design is.

MODE 01

OEM — build my design

You own the product: tech pack, measurements, artwork, packaging. We engineer it into a producible item, flag anything that will fail in bulk, and manufacture to spec.

  • Your construction, your measurements, your artwork
  • We quote fabric consumption and flag cost drivers before sampling
  • Counter-sample and fit corrections included in development
  • Production against the signed sample, not a verbal description

Best when: you already sell grounding products, or you have a developed design and a launch date.

MODE 02

ODM — start from ours

Take a construction we already make — fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillowcase, blanket, mat, socks — and put your brand on it. Change the colour, the size, the label, the packaging, the plug.

  • Fastest route to a sellable range with no tooling cost
  • Material choice: 95/5 standard or 80/20 high-density silver
  • Colour, size, label, hangtag, carton and barcode to your brand
  • Market-correct adapter: US Type B, EU Type F, UK Type G, AU Type I

Best when: you are entering the category and want a proven product, not a development project.

What you control

Six variables. All of them yours.

Everything below is decided before a bulk metre is cut, and written into the quotation so there is nothing to argue about later.

Material density

95/5 organic cotton–silver for volume, or the new 80/20 high-density cloth when you need a stronger conductive claim. Same weave, same hand feel family.

Colour & dye

White, gray and green are stocked. Custom shades developed against your lab dip with reactive dyeing, with retained records for repeat orders.

Size & fit

US, EU and AU bed sizes as standard, or your own measurement chart. Pillowcase, throw and mat dimensions to order.

Labels & packaging

Woven neck and side labels, printed care labels, hangtags, poly bags or retail cartons with barcode and country-of-origin marking.

Plug & cord

US Type B, EU Type F, UK Type G and AU Type I safety adapters, each with a 100 kΩ resistor. Coil cord length specified to your packaging.

Kits & bundles

Sheet plus pillowcase, blanket plus socks, product plus tester or grounding rod. Bundling is the cheapest way to lift average order value.

How it runs

From brief to bill of lading.

01

Brief & feasibility

You send a reference, a market and a target price. We come back with what is buildable in our cloth, what is not, and where the cost actually sits — usually within two working days.

You receive: feasibility note, indicative price band, suggested construction
02

Quotation & specification

Confirmed material, sizes, colours, hardware, packaging and quantity. This is the document production will be measured against, so nothing lives only in an email.

You receive: written quotation, spec sheet, lead-time estimate
03

Sampling

A physical sample built to the agreed spec, including the correct cord and adapter for your market. You test fit, feel, seam and continuity. Revisions included until you sign it off.

Turnaround: 2 working days
You receive: pre-production sample, approval sheet, photo set
04

Bulk production

Cutting, sewing and hardware assembly with documented in-line checks at fabric receipt, seam stage and final assembly. Any deviation from the signed sample is raised with you, not absorbed silently.

Lead time: 5 working days
You receive: production updates, in-line inspection records
05

Inspection & release

Final inspection against the approval sheet, retail packing, carton marks and the documentation pack. Then export booking — on your forwarder or ours.

You receive: final inspection report, packing list, documentation pack

Sampling

Nothing gets made in bulk until you have held it.

A grounding product can look correct in a photo and fail in the hand — stiff where it should drape, a seam that puckers, a snap that sits wrong under a mattress. Sampling exists to find that out before your money is committed.

  • Built in your size, colour and plug standard — not a generic demo unit
  • Includes the cord, adapter and any bundled accessory
  • Approval sheet records exactly what you signed, and bulk is checked against it
  • Sample charges, where they apply, are quoted up front and stated in writing

To get a real quote

Four things we need. Nothing more.

Most first emails contain one line: “send me your price list”. We do not publish one, because the same fitted sheet ranges in cost by fabric weight, silver content, size, packaging and quantity. Send these four and you will get a number you can actually plan against.

01 — The product
A reference photo, a competitor link, or a sketch. If it is a sheet, tell us the size.
02 — The market
Where it will be sold, so we quote the correct plug standard and label requirements.
03 — The quantity
We start from one piece, so there is no minimum to clear. Tell us the volume you expect anyway — it is what sets your unit price and packing method.
04 — The packaging
Poly bag, retail carton, or your own artwork. This is often the difference between two price points.

Before you ask

1 piece. 2 days. 5 days.

Minimum order is one piece, sampling is two working days from an agreed spec, and bulk production is five working days. Custom dyeing, bespoke cartons or new hardware carry their own timeline, quoted up front rather than discovered later.
