We reply with questions
Usually within two working days. If something in the brief is ambiguous — a size, a plug standard, a target price — we ask rather than assume.

You get a quotation
Construction, material, quantity, packaging and price in writing, with the lead-time estimate and any sample charges stated explicitly.

Sample, then bulk
A physical sample in your size, colour and plug standard. Bulk production only starts once you have approved it in writing.

Two things that save a week.
If you can, include a product reference and your target quantity in the first message. It turns a three-email exchange into a quotation.
Yes — and we prefer it. Samples are built to the agreed specification, including the correct adapter for your market, and bulk production is checked against the sample you approved. Sample charges, where they apply, are quoted up front.
Yes, within reason. Minimum quantity is set by colour and construction rather than a single company-wide figure, so a small first order in a stocked colour is realistic. Custom dyeing and custom cartons need volume to make sense — we will tell you which side of that line your project sits on.
Yes. We can quote FOB, or work with your nominated forwarder and provide the documentation pack, packing list and carton marks they need.
