OEM / ODM grounding textiles — Fujian, China

We make the grounding textile. You put your name on it.

EarthingTek engineers silver-grid organic cotton and finished earthing products — fitted and flat sheets, pillowcases, blankets, mats, socks — for sleep, wellness and recovery brands across Europe and North America.

New material · 80/20 series

Four times the silver.
Same cotton discipline.

Our standard cloth is 95% organic cotton with a 5% silver grid. The new 80/20 series lifts silver content to 20% — a denser conductive lattice for brands that need lower surface resistance, a cooler hand feel, or a stronger technical claim on pack.

  • certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 — independently tested for harmful substances
  • Denser silver lattice across the whole panel, not a printed stripe
  • Available in fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases and blankets
  • Unchanged safety architecture — 100 kΩ resistor, market-correct plugs

The material

Two densities. One standard of proof.

A grounding textile is only as good as its conductive path. Both of our cloths use a continuous woven silver lattice — never a printed or coated stripe — so contact stays uniform across the whole sleeping surface.

GOTS cotton

The volume cloth. 95% GOTS-certified organic cotton woven with a 5% pure silver grid — soft, breathable and proven across hundreds of thousands of consumer washes.

Composition
95% organic cotton / 5% pure silver
Weight
300–500 g/㎡, plain weave, reactive dyed
Best for
Core bedding ranges, subscription programmes, gift and travel sets
SERIES 02 — HIGH DENSITY New

80 / 20

OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100

The technical cloth. 80% organic cotton with 20% pure silver — roughly four times the conductive content, for brands that need lower surface resistance as a verifiable claim.

Composition
80% organic cotton / 20% pure silver
Weight
Denser silver lattice, same plain weave and dye process
Best for
Clinical-adjacent positioning, recovery and performance lines, premium retail

No fake silver

Pure silver yarn only — never nickel, copper sulphide or silver-coated polyester passed off as “silver”.

Safety architecture

Every cord carries a 100 kΩ resistor. US Type B, EU Type F, UK Type G and AU Type I adapters available.

Wash-stable

Woven, not coated — it does not flake or rinse away at 40 °C. Bleach and softener remain the enemy.

Why brands work with us

Built for buyers who get asked hard questions.

Fabric to finished good

Conductive fabric processing and cut-and-sew under one roof. One accountable partner for the part that usually fails — the seam, the snap, the cord.

Documentation that clears customs

Material composition, fabric weight, care instructions and safety resistor specification issued with every order — formatted for your importer, not scribbled on a packing list.

Market-correct hardware

Type B, F, G and I safety adapters, plus grounding rods and testers — so a US, EU, UK or AU launch ships with the plug that market actually uses.

Development without drama

Private label from a physical sample. Colour, size, fabric weight, stitching, labels and retail packaging defined before a single bulk metre is cut.

How an order runs

Five stages, no silent gaps.

The full OEM process
01

Brief

Product, market, target price, packaging. We tell you what is realistic before quoting.

02

Sample

Material and construction sample built against your spec, with the cord and adapter for your market.

03

Validate

You test fit, feel and conductivity. We adjust weight, colour or stitching until it is signable.

04

Produce

Bulk cutting, sewing and hardware assembly with in-line checks at fabric, seam and final stages.

05

Release

Final inspection, retail packaging, documentation pack and export booking.

The company

Private label

Lands in your warehouse ready to sell.

Most factories hand you a poly bag and a wish. We build the sellable unit: your label, your hangtag, your carton marks, your barcode.

  • Woven labels, printed care labels and hangtags to your artwork
  • Retail cartons with barcode and country-of-origin marking
  • Product photography support and spec sheet wording for your listing
  • Colour consistency across repeat orders from retained fabric records
  • Consolidated shipments with your forwarder or ours

Buyer questions

Asked before the first sample.

Straight answers to the four things sourcing managers raise on the first call.

All answers & guides

Our cords are built with a 100 kΩ resistor, which limits current to a level that cannot harm a person even if a fault occurs in the home wiring. The product itself uses no electricity and draws no power. It still depends on a correctly grounded outlet — which is why we supply an outlet tester and recommend testing before first use.

No. Grounding textiles are passive conductive surfaces. They consume no power, generate no field, and simply provide a path to the earth through the outlet's ground pin. Many buyers position them as a way to reduce static and body charge, not as an EMF-shielding product.

Use a grounding rod driven into soil outside, connected through the cord. We supply rods and outlet testers alongside the textile range, and we can bundle them into your retail kit so the end customer is not left with a product that cannot be connected.

The silver is a woven yarn, not a surface coating, so it does not flake or rinse away. What damages it is chemistry: bleach, fabric softener, whitening detergents and oil-based additives (lavender, coconut) tarnish the silver over time. Wash at 40 °C with liquid detergent, tumble low or line dry, and conductivity holds through normal use.
