HOW GROUNDING WORKS AT HOME:

Our Earthing mats come with a specialized cord, which features one end in the form of a round prong that is inserted into the designated grounding hole, while the other end connects to the Earthing mat itself via special snap connection.

Once the mat is plugged into a socket via the cord provided, the mat instantly becomes grounded to the Earth. The Earthing Mat simply acts as an extension cord, bringing the Earth's energy inside and allowing you to stay grounded while you relax or work — the equivalent of being barefoot outside.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Do:

- Wipe down the mat using a non-corrosive cleaner like soap and water on a damp sponge.

- Air dry before rolling the mat back up.

Do Not:

- Use bleach, chlorine, or harsh chemicals to clean the mat.

- Do not apply lotion, creams, or body oil to your skin before touching the mat as these can oxidize and damage conductivity over time.

Yes, you can wear socks on an earthing mat, but it’s generally more effective to go barefoot.

Being barefoot allows for better perspiration, enhancing your connection to the earth. If you prefer to wear socks, choose thin ones made from natural fibres like cotton to maintain conductivity.

Can I leave my grounding mat plugged in all the time?

Yes, it's perfectly fine to leave your grounding mat plugged in continuously. These grounding mats do not operate on electricity; they connect you to the earth.

You don’t need to unplug them unless you’re moving them. The power switch can be on or off without affecting the mat’s function.
